About

I have lived in many parts of Byram all my life including the Meteor Trail in Cranberry lake, as well as Richmond Road and Lake Drive in Lake Lackawanna.

Growing up, I played Hobb Engler Baseball and played Arrows / Jr. Patriots Football. I was a Squire in the St. Kateri Parish, and I was a member of the Parish band for the 6pm mass. I was an active scout in Pack 276 and then BSA Troop 276 where I served as the Senior Patrol Leader for two terms. In July of 2018 I finally earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

In high school and throughout college, I worked at Salt Gastropub on rt. 206. In June 2020, I began an internship with Byram Township. After the expiration of my internship, the township and I recognized a mutual benefit in a continued relationship, and I was hired as part-time temporary help. I worked in almost every department of the township, but spend most of my time helping in the Construction Office, assisting with recreation duties (a recreation director hd not yet been hired), and acting as Interim Code Enforcement Official and Zoning Assistant.

I worked at Salt and for Byram through the rest of my degree. I graduated one semester early from Montclair State University in January 2022 with a degree in Political Science and a double minor in Business and Public Administration. In February 2022 I picked up a third job as an Administrative Assistant for the Borough of Netcong, and in June 2022 I accepted a full time position with the Borough.

I am now the Assistant Borough Administrator and Deputy Zoning Officer in the Borough of Netcong. I also actively serve on the Byram Township Planning Board, and I am continuing my education in government through the NJ Registered Municipal Clerk Certification courses (which I will complete in 2024).

Through my education and experience, I have gained extensive knowledge and insight that I intend to share and use for the good of Byram Township. I have spent my life in this community and wish to use the skills and expertise that I have acquired to give back to our community and work to make Byram a better place to work, eat, shop, and live.
